Dynamics 365 combines ERP and CRM functionality in one Cloud solution. Dynamics 365 is aimed at small and medium-sized companies, i.e. companies that otherwise would typically choose a Dynamics NAV ERP solution integrated with Dynamics CRM.

Dynamics 365 will enable companies to add functionality through new applications which can handle specific business processes, such as inventory management, finance, marketing, customer service mm.
The applications are designed to be operational in the system independently of each other and will thus make the integration process much simpler than you currently are used to, when you through your Dynamics NAV partner purchase and implement add-on modules.
