B+D Enterprises currently accepts payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ATM Debit Cards and Paypal. Paypal does allow for processing personal checks, please check with Paypal for further information. With pre-arranged credit terms you may have a line of credit with us. Our terms are NET 30 days for qualified customers. Please check with our sales department for details. B+D Enterprises reserves the right to terminate open accounts at any time. Past due accounts are subject to late payment charges of 2% per month

All transactions are processed through proper security procedures for fraud.

Pennsylvania ship-to addresses will be assessed 6% state sales tax, unless a valid B2B tax exempt form is on-file in our office before the order is placed – please forward tax exempt forms via fax to 814.757.5400.

Sales Tax:

B+D Enterprises is obligated by law to collect sales tax from residents of Pennsylvania, unless otherwise exempt. B+D Enterprises is not obligated by law to collect sales tax from residents of any other state or country. However, this may not relieve the purchaser of their obligation to remit sales or use tax directly to their taxing authority on products purchased from us and used or consumed in their state. Products bought from B+D Enterprises are usually not tax exempt. Please contact your state's tax authority for more information.

(Notice To Residents Of Pennsylvania: Under Pennsylvania law, purchases are not tax-exempt merely because they were made over the Internet or because a seller is not required to collect Pennsylvania tax. Pennsylvania law requires Pennsylvania purchasers to review untaxed purchases and, if any tax is owed, file a Pennsylvania use tax return and pay any tax due. B+D Enterprises MAY be required to send you an annual summary of your purchases, and MAY be required to remit this information to the Pennsylvania Dept of Taxation here. No other information regarding your sale will be transmitted

Shipping:

Providing that your order is in stock, we usually ship the same day, when your order is processed and properly funded (using PayPal for instance) before 3:00PM EDT (M-F). We do not ship on weekends or federal/carrier holidays. Most products are shipped from stock, FOB Russell PA, while some may be shipped FOB from the manufacturer. Orders processed through Paypal can only ship to your confirmed Paypal address. Delays may occur when an item is shipped from the manufacturer and/or is backordered; we will advise when this occurs. All shipments are insured for value of contents, for loss or damage to the contents.

FREE SHIPPING OVER $99: We offer free shipping at all times for non-stock and in-stock merchandise, utilizing our choice of carrier for any order over $99.00 (after discounts and before tax and shipping). Offer extends to the Continental United States and may include carriers such as USPS, UPS or others, dependent upon shipment size, weight and destination. This also includes shipped FOB from the manufacturer.

We ship most orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). We may from time to time use the US Postal Service (USPS) for some small items. International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Customs documentation cannot be altered for less than the amount of the good shipped. We reserve the right to not ship to any country at anytime.

Shipments requesting expedited delivery, such as UPS Blue (2-Day) or USPS Priority Mail, do not guarantee that delivery time. Pickup times, backlogs, and carrier pick-up guidelines necessitate this clause. B+D Enterprises assumes no liability for a carrier’s inability to pick up an express order, or manage the delivery time once your package is released to them.

Dangerous Goods:

Some items are considered Dangerous Goods, such as chemicals, etc., when shipped within the United States or internationally. We may be unable to ship these items via certain expedited services or outside the USA.

International Shipping:

All international shipments include insurance for order values up to $500. Any shipments over $500 will be charged the additional insurance fees required to cover content. We do not guarantee delivery times. Same day shipping for international shipments is not available. Once international orders are placed, they may not be canceled. We reserve the rate to adjust the shipping costs on international shipments, we will notify you of changes and will require approval by you if charges are modified.

Refund, Returns (RMA) and Cancellation Policies:

All claims must be made within 30 days. Please contact us to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) at 814.757.8300 as there are no returns accepted without an assigned RMA number.

A standard 15% restocking charge may be imposed on parts returned due to customer error. Orders will be re-shipped at no additional charge if we cause the shipping error. Double the freight charge will be collected for any undeliverable package due to customer's error or absence. Due to our high volume shipping process orders cannot be cancelled once placed and processed.
All returns will be processed within 24-48 hours from receipt of the products at our warehouse. Credit and refunds will be issued based upon the original payment method, minus any service or restocking fees, if applicable.

Exclusive Warranty & Limitation Of Remedies & Damages:

Products distributed from B+D Enterprises are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship at time of shipment to the extent of the manufacturer’s express warranties to B+D Enterprises or for 30 days, whichever is greater. B+D Enterprises' liability and Buyer’s remedies under this warranty shall at our option be limited solely to repair, replacement or credit. Buyer shall at B+D Enterprises' option return any alleged defective product to B+D Enterprises at Buyer’s expense. This warranty extends to original Buyer only. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. B+D Enterprises SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LABOR COSTS OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM B+D Enterprises.

Special Orders:

We will gladly accept special order products which are not part of our current inventory. Some orders for product, not currently stocked by B+D Enterprises, may require a non-cancelable, non-refundable purchase order and may require payment in advance. Please contact your sales representative for specifics.

Pricing and Availability:

This site supersedes other publications made by B+D Enterprises. While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, B+D Enterprises cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on our site. B+D Enterprises reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on our site at any time without notice. Product prices offered on this site may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets.
The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price.
