Shipping Times and Rates
Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Mozarchy & Co. does not ship orders to post office boxes. Mozarchy & Co. is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
  • Standard Ground Shipping: $0
    Available on all orders under $1000. Please allow 3-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
  • Express Shipping with signature on delivery: $0
    Available on all orders above $1000. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
  • Next-day delivery: $20
    without signature confirmation or with signature confirmation (Complimentary on orders above $5000) Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00PM EST will be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday before 1:00PM EST will be delivered on Monday. Sunday and holiday delivery
    are not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for watches or personalized items.
  • NYC Scheduled Delivery (Signature Required)
    Your Mozarchy order will be delivered during a one-hour delivery slot of your choice. Scheduled Delivery is available to select NYC zip codes: to verify if your address is eligible for Scheduled Delivery, enter your zip code on the shopping bag or at checkout and book your delivery slot on a day and time convenient to you.
  • Orders placed before 1:00PM EST Monday through Saturday will be available for delivery on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00PM EST Monday through Sunday will be available for delivery on the following day.
  • Holiday delivery is not available
  • Complimentary on all orders above $500
  • $20 on all orders below $500

More Information on Complimentary Shipping:
  • Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount.
  • Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery.
Return Policy
What products are eligible for returns?
Products are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:
  • Merchandise under $75,000 will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of note:
  • Merchandise $75,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $note:
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and note:
  • Watches must be returned with the same number of links presented at purchase and accompanied by the warranty note:
  • Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including water seal stickers) and in saleable note:
  • Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange. note:

  • Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.
How do I return an online purchase?
Mozarchy & Co. offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:

What will my refund look like?
For online/phone purchases: Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only on www.Mozarchy.com or at Mozarchy & Co. U.S. locations, or through our client advisors.
For in-store purchases: Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds will be provided only for purchases by cash or check to the original purchaser; credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issue of that credit card shall also apply. Refunds for purchases by check will be issued by company mail check upon presentation of the sales receipt and only if the funds have been received by Mozarchy & Co. Cash purchases over $200 will be refunded by mail check. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only at Mozarchy & Co. U.S. locations, on www.Mozarchy.com, or through our digital client advisors. Client’s failure to properly declare the merchandise and/or pay appropriate taxes and duties in any jurisdiction outside of the U.S. may prevent Mozarchy & Co. from providing after-sales service on such merchandise.
