Shipping Timeline

Our product is ordered and decorated on demand.

Orders may take up to 10 business days to ship due to availability from our vendors and order size.

Please contact Customer Service at (866)-602-8398 if you have questions, or need an order sooner.

You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order has shipped.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact Customer Service within 30 days from when your order has shipped. We will work with you to resolve any issues!

Returns

We accept returns on unused accessories and unworn/unwashed apparel pieces within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping, except in cases where merchandise was mis-shipped or damaged upon receipt. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service with your order number.

Custom Orders

If you are looking for something unique that cannot be found in our catalog, we would be glad to help! Please use the Custom Requests Form located in the top navigation menu. You will be contacted by a Sales Rep, who will work with you to fulfill the request. Please note that item minimums and additional charges may apply. All requests are subject to brand approval by Wayfair.
