I am a new customer of Land Equipment via the Anoka/Ramsey dealership. I am impressed with the professionalism, customer service and knowledge I experienced in the purchase of a new Kubota LX2610 diesel tractor, snowblower, rear blade, bucket and forks. Salesman John Mengelkoch is the party I initially was impressed with (throughout the entire purchase) and “Gordo” the second party (delivered the tractor and assisted with additional instruction and familiarization of the functions). Both parties deserve a shout out for their exemplary customer service!

I purchased a new 853 skid steer from Lano of Anoka in 1995The interactions I had back then were very good. I only dealt with the service department a couple times for minor issues with positive results. I know live 275 miles from Lano. I’ve lost faith in the bobcat service close to where I currently live. So 27 years after my purchase I figure I’m going to have to make the trip to LanoFor an issue that I could not resolve. I called Lano service department to make an appointment for my problem, I explained my situation and the distance to bring machine in.

Delt with Randy for an out of state purchase of a Felling FT 50 LP3 trailer. Easy to work with, communication was good, and the sale price was better than my local dealer. Good doing business with them.

I generally repair all of my equipment myself, but this job was a little too much…Anyway they did a great job and in my opinion, a very fair price…Not like a usual bend over dealer deal. Very happy and my skiddy is back in business!
