To promote the Citizens Financial Group Brands, we are pleased to announce a revamped catalog for branded merchandise. As part of this program, a new on-line store is now available that offers a wide variety of products with the Citizens Bank at competitive prices.

Brand Identity Guidelines: You can rest assured knowing that all items stocked in the on-line store will be in accordance with CFG Brand Identity Guidelines. If you require special items or color combinations that are not stocked, prior to ordering your items, please contact the staff at parsonskellogg who will assist you in determining how logos can be displayed and which items and colors are appropriate for your needs. 

Protecting CFG Brands: To perform your role in protecting the integrity of the CFG brands, colleagues should not send logo information for promotional materials to any company other than parsonskellogg. All items (shirts, hats, golf balls, etc) on which the CFG logos will be displayed, should be purchased from parsonsKellogg.

Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling for shipments within the United States are based on the merchandise weight of each order shipped to a single address. They appear in the catalog to give you an estimate. For the Mortgage Loan Officers this estimate will transfer to Oracle. The Shipping will be dropped from all others. 

Order Discrepancies: Order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of order receipt.

Returns and Exchanges: Items may be returned within 30 days if the item purchased is defective. Items with Personalization can not be returned unless a name is misspelled or the other information is incorrect. Sales items are final and may not be refunded. Please call customer service at (866) 602-8398 to obtain a return authorization number and instructions on return shipping.
