How it works
Orders
New purchases from your trading partners are generated in Kaizen as sales orders, automatically reserving available inventory.
Orders acknowledgment
Whenever a new Order gets fully allocated, the order will get accepted in our custom EDI integration. Additionally, the Order could be rejected or back ordered.
Advance ship notice
As soon as items get shipped in Kaizen, an ASN is delivered to our custom EDI integration informing your trading partner of the dispatched items along with tracking information.
Invoice
Whenever sales orders get invoiced in Kaizen, the invoice document gets generated in our custom EDI integration.
Inventory advice
Update linked retailers with your company's on-hand inventory levels.
Order status report
The status of an order is sent from Kaizen to our custom EDI integration whenever a trading partner requests the data.
Warehouse shipping advice
If you utilize a third party warehouse to satisfy your orders, Kaizen would be updated when they confirm dispatch.
