What’s Next?

• A sales rep will contact you within 1-2 business days to discuss your order.
• We will email you an official order confirmation before production after all details are confirmed. The below is simply a quote and may not reflect the final total based upon branding instructions.
• Most decorated orders of new logos ship within 10 to 12 business days, plus transit time to your location. Please refer to each product page for its specific lead times, as lead times depend on the brand, product type, and decoration type.
• We will email you a proof prior to production. If you have any specific requests or reference photos of past decorated merchandise please share them at this time. You must approve your proof within 24 hours to hold your ship date.
• Once all details are confirmed we will let you know the scheduled ship date.
• After production has been completed we will email you a tracking number when your order ships. When you receive the goods, be sure to count and review everything before distributing out. Any discrepancies or issues must be reported to the our sales support team within 10 days.
